I said I would be first

Thanks Al, it was loads of fun but RNG just wasnt with me tonight. This is how it went all night but I am not complaing, it was fun and I had blast. Go big or go home.

Toc Minus 8 hours.....................

Cant wait to get the virtual felt tonight, it will be a great break from the last few days of travel and meetings. I didn't get the chance to play in the Mookie/Dankie whatever it is called last night since I was traveling to Chicago and got delayed 2 hours in St. Louis due to some major storms, needless to say by the time I landed the Mookie/Dankie was just starting. I have been stuck in meetings all day here in Chicago so needless to say I haven't had much of chance to think about the TOC, which is good thing since I play my best when I don't go into a tourney with a plan. I may be be aggro tard, I may be spew tard or I may get hit in the face with deck no telling but one thing is for sure, I feel for the person that gets in the way of goal, ME baby. Good luck to anyone fighting for the remaining 2 seats as long as your not at my table.

And just to clarify I am playing in the ME when I win I need to update the photo.

That Blows!

I entered a ME freeroll with 1100 plus runners top 5 get the 10k seat, played great solid poker until we got do to 50 players left. I am sitting in the top 10 and have everyone well covered at my table, and I get the dreaded AhKs UTG. Now I have been bullying this table rentlessly so I make the same raise up to about 6999 (I have about 120K) folded to High Jack who re raises to 17k (started the hand with 70k) now I didnt put him on a huge hand because I figured he would have smooth called and set a trap but I was afraid to cram because I surmised he might be pot committed with any pair. Comments ? Needless to sayI smooth called and the flop come 9s4s2s and I cram, he insta calls with 44 and I miss me nine outs and am left nursing a 50k stack. Comments on my play? I ralley a little but busted in 32 when I outran 1010 with my AK only to see him turn the straight and for the extra in your face flush the river.

I also played in the BBT 5 invitational and was just dominating until USF Trevor, king of the Lucksacks went spaso and decided he was going to call my 3 shove (60 BB) with A10. I had him dominated with my 1010 but he somehow managed to call an Ace out of the FT RNG and I was back to my original starting stack of 3k. Needless to say I just didnt have the desire to start over again and I was really needing to focuss on the ME Freeroll at that point. So I had fun made people play for their stacks and basically gave Rambler a gift when I pushed my 66 into his KK.

Take heed I will be focussed tonight for the Poker on the Rail tourney and I go for number 4. Remember if play a pot against me there will always be risks.

I have nothing to lose and play 23 same as AA. I will be ready will you?

3 Pete for Pistol Pete

I might do a write up later but I dont know if I can do it without letting my "big old ego" showing up. Afterall it was quite the topic of conversation on BDR last night. So instead of write up I will post a few screen shots of the first half of the tourney and If I get a chance I will post some shots of the Final Table later.

Look at my aggro stats, LMAO!

Veno had a commanding 6:1 chip lead when got heads up, I ground her down a little and got tremendously lucky with this hand that put me into the chip lead once and for all.

Dream Crusher

Won my second BBT 5 poker from the rail tourney and more importantly keep one less competitor from the TOC. Ran good, had one major suckout, but you have to get lucky to win one of these mine fields.

I said I got lucky

I know I am donkey, and I know when to admit that luck is cruel. I absolutely hate the way I played this hand, but in retrospect I was so focussed on Lucko that I just didn't stop and think about what Wheelz78 had. I was probably the 2nd most aggro at the table behind Lucko and I guess I convinced myself that he had floated with air and was doing a stop n go. Either way I will take it.

Geez I guess I died!

Well I know I haven't posted in a long time but I didn't know you could be considered dead. After all once a poker blogger always a poker blogger, right? I played in my first event last night of the BBT 5 (notice I said my first event, somehow my invite to the invatational must have gotten lost although I am checking email religously and hell I am even checking the snail mail. If anyone recieved my invite please forward it to me or even send it back to Al so he can resend it. LMAO) Well back to the BBT5, as usual the RNG at Full Tilt sodomized me. Set over Set and no way could I get the one outter.

Till next time I am not dead and please send me my invite, I know someone has it.
